7 days touching Taste of Vietnam

 Day 1 Hanoi – Arrival

You will be met by our driver and tour guide at Noi Bai airport and transferred to the hotel in Hanoi. If the time permits, we take an hour cyclo ride tour viewing the charming French influenced architectures and the bustling Old Quarter. Then, end the first day with the traditional performance of the unique water puppetry. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 2 Hanoi – Sightseeing

Take a full day tour to explore the illustrious capital of Vietnam. In the morning, visit the imposing marble Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh (closed on Mondays and Fridays), followed by his wooden stilt house and the One Pillar Pagoda. You will then admire the first university of Vietnam, the Temple of Literature, which is imbued with the profound philosophies of onfucianism. In the afternoon, visit the impressive women museum where you can learn the hardship of Vietnamese woman’s life throughout the country, Hoan Kiem Lake and the Ngoc Son Temple are visited afterwards. A one-hour cyclo tour of Hanoi’s Old Quarter allows you to catch a glimpse of ancient Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 3 Hanoi – Hue – Sightseeing

Take a morning flight to Hue, the former Imperial Capital of Vietnam. Upon arrival, take an excursion to the Imperial Citadel and Dong Ba Market. The spectacular Citadel (which was built in accordance to strict principles of geomancy) houses a series of palaces, ornate halls, libraries, residences and colleges. In the afternoon, visit the poetic tomb of Emperor Tu Duc and the Thien Mu Pagoda. Enjoy a gentle cruise on the Perfume River for the way back to the city. Overnight in Hue

Day 4 Hue – Hoi An

Drive southwards and along the coast via mountain passes to Hoi An with a stop en route at the photogenic village of Lang Co and Hai Van Pass. Upon arrival in Hoi An, you will set out on a walking tour to explore this charming World Heritage Site. Highlights include an ancient merchant house, the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the vibrant riverside market. Take a peaceful boat trip on the Thu Bon River & afterwards enjoy your free time to do some shopping or further explore the ancient town yourself. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 5 Hoi An – Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh City

Depart for Da Nang to catch a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, transfer to a hotel and the rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 6 Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels – Sightseeing



In the morning you will visit the amazing Cu Chi Tunnels where Vietnamese guerrillas built a labyrinth of narrow tunnels as hideouts during the war. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon for a half-day city tour. Highlights include the Reunification Palace (photo stop), the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, Chinatown, the Binh Tay Market and either the Thien Hau Temple or the Quan Am Pagoda. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 7 Ho Chi Minh City – Departure

Free until transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your departure.
