Feel the most beautiful places in Vietnam in the most classic way

While planning a trip to Vietnam, you may find it difficult getting to see the highlight places, doing different things, travel timing and so on...We designed this classic trip to fill your concern. In this trip, you get a chance to stay closer to the local culture, experience local activities while having the most comfortable holiday. Day 1: Saigon arrival (D)
Arrive in Sai Gon (former name of Ho Chi Minh City), settle into hotel and meet your tour leader. Welcome dinner on Saigon River Cruise. Overnight at hotel in HCMC

Day 2: Sightseeing Saigon (B,L,D)
We will drive to visit Re-unification palace, the former head quarters of anti-communism in the south during Vietnam War. We then take a short walk to visit the Vietnam War Remnant Museum, full of relics from Vietnam war which is scary but really worth to visit. We go to Notre-Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office to have a look and take picture. We will visit XQ hand embroidery pictures contributed a new color for Vietnam hand embroidery, It contributed to make a typical culture, a precious gift for Vietnamese people and meaningful souvenir for international visitors on their occasion to Vietnam. Embroidery picture of Vietnam are also taken oversea in order to introduce the beauty of Vietnamese traditional culture. Since that, embroidery becomes special art which contribute to enrich international cultural treasure. Then stroll around the central market Ben Thanh. Have time for lunch

In the afternoon, we continue to visit China Town which has a population of over 1 million Chinese people. The highlight of China Town is the Binh Tay market where you can see busy merchants from every corner of this part of the city. We visit Thien Hau Pagoda and a handicraft factory before heading back to your hotel. Overnight at HCMC

Day 3: Saigon - Hoian World Heritage (B,L,D)
Leaving Sai Gon, we take the one-hour flight to Da Nang city. Then, we make the 60 minute drive from Danang Airport to Hoi An city. From the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An was a thriving international commercial port for Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders. These people came primarily to trade in the high grade silk, which is still produced in the area, as well as ceramics. Today, Hoi An is a quaint riverside town, popular with tourists for its eclectic architecture, tailors shops, and numerous cafes. Some of the buildings in the narrow streets have remained unchanged for more than a century. We enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200- year old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge. Following the tour there will be free time to shop or relax. Overnight in Hoi An

Day 4: Hoian - Cooking class (B,L,D)
Today, you will have an interesting experience in Hoi An with cooking class tour. Starting tour, our chef will guide you to the colorful market. This is a very good opportunity for you to communicate with sellers, get to know about their daily life in Hoi An and understand more Vietnamese ingredients and its substitution that we use for our cooking class on the boat.

After leaving the market, we walk to the boat anchoring nearby. Upon boarding the boat you will be greeted by our crew and guided to a private table with your welcome drinks, then start cruising for 30 minutes to a very quiet and nice place on Thu Bon river and anchor here for the two- hour Hands-On cooking class conducted in English. You will have chance to discover the culture of Vietnamese culinary art and will prepare the same dish yourself after our chef finishes each dish. Full of joy and pride, you savor your own culinary creation. After the cooking lesson, you will have lunch with what you have cooked.

Day 5: Hoian - Hue - Unique experience (B,L,D)
You bid Hoi An farewell this morning and continue your north-bound journey. The  next destination today is Hue city about four hours drive. Along the way you will travel over the Hai Van Pass, stopping at the top to take in the stunning views of the Lang Co beach before arriving in Hue.

This afternoon we embark on a tour of the city. A visit to Hue would not be complete without taking in attractions such as the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and the Dong Ba market. Dinner and overnight in Hue

Day 6: Hue - Active day (B,L,D)
After breakfast you will board a private boat and cruise the romantic Perfume River heading out for the countryside. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of emperors past, and a visit to some of these tombs will be the focus of today's itinerary.

The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop of the day. You will have a great view of the Perfume River and the surrounding area. Thien Mu Pagoda is considered the unofficial symbol of Hue, and center of Buddhism in central Vietnam. From there you process to the king Tu Duc's tomb and the king Minh Mang's tomb followd by the king Khai Dinh's tomb. Overnight in Hue

Day 7: Hue - Hanoi Capital (B,L,D)
Leaving Hue city, we take the one-hour flight to Hanoi Capital. Warmly welcome on arrival Hanoi airport. Transfer to hotel. Free at your leisure

Afternoon you will take a private walking city tour to visit local market and Hanoi Old Quarter known for its 36 streets and former craft guilds. Evening enjoy a water puppet performance. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 8: Hanoi City tour. (B,L,D)
Full-day private city tour. The post-colonial capital city of Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, numerous lakes, pagodas and temples. This full day tour takes you around Hanoi’s most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilt House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby. Also on the tour - the Lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son Temple, the Temple of Literature, peaceful West Lake with lovers' street Thanh Nien, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple and one of the city's museums, either the History Museum or the Ethnology Museum. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 9: Hanoi - Halong bay - Natural World Heritage (B,L,D)
Today you leave Hanoi for Halong Bay – World Natural Heritage site – via the Red River Delta with 3.5 hours drive. Welcome on board for a junk cruise and set sail in the bay while lunch is served. Passage into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons' teeth. After lunch, take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay, swimming on a quiet beach or sunbathing on the sundeck. Late afternoon, visit an interesting fishing village with an opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. At sunset, kayak or simply take a bamboo row boat to discover a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon. Back on board your jun, enjoy watching the peaceful sunset and later unwind at a restaurant. Overnight on cruise

Day 10: Halong - Hanoi (B,L,D)
Wake up on the bay to the sounds of waves and bird welcoming the new day. You will have an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. After breakfast, visit a beautiful limestone grotto then walk back to the boat for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock. Drive back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 11: Hanoi departure (B)
There is no activity planned for today. Enjoy your free time for souvenir shopping until transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
